Get a message that the product key is invalid. I am copying it from the CD sleeve. E-mail support told me to make sure the time is correct on my computer. Did that. Posted October 9, I just purchased the retail box edition of Roxio Creator Plus from Sam’s Club and just the same as the original thread poster, my license key will not work to install the program.
Funny thing is the Roxio web site recognized my license key and matches the correct product “Roxio Creator Plus” but the installation program says that the license key printed on the CD sleeve is invalid and refuses to continue the installation program beyond that point.
